The purpose of the event was to exchange useful information on mine methane with partners and investors, to present potential projects and financing schemes. The expanded format of the meeting gave the participants a unique opportunity to learn about the latest technologies.
NADRA Concern presented the innovative technology "Preliminary degassing as the general prospect of mine safety and methane production in Ukraine". The presentation was followed by a lively discussion of the technology developed by specialists of the joint-stock company, according to which the gravitational deconsolidation of coal-bearing mass is carried out through the underground burning of the coal-bearing layer located under the workable formation. The recommendation regarding the implementation of pilot projects on prospective coal-gas facilities of Donetsk and Lviv-Volyn basins was taken into consideration.
