The 2023 EITI Report is Ukraine’s tenth report prepared in accordance with the EITI Standard.
This Report presents a summary of the activities of 11 extractive industries during the reporting period, namely the extraction of coal, natural gas and oil, iron ore, titanium, manganese, refractory clay, fire clay, quartz sand, construction stone, uranium ore, as well as the transportation of natural gas and oil in 2023.
The Report covers data on mineral reserves, export and import operations, and the role of the state in the functioning of the extractive sector. In addition, the 2023 EITI Report provides information on the regulatory and fiscal framework governing the extractive industries, their contribution to Ukraine’s economy, the social and environmental payments made by extractive companies, and their impact on the environment.
