We recall the words of Mr. Walter because Leonid Stanislavovych would've turned 84 years old on June 21 of this year. It is already 2 years since he had passed away.
He played an outstanding role in the Ukrainian Association of Geologists, where he demonstrated his active civic position. In fact, since the creation of the journal “Geologist of Ukraine” in 2003, he became a member of the editorial board, an active author of publications, a reviewer of articles, and a consultant.
Leonid Stanislavovych devoted his whole life to the geological industry, where he worked for more than 60 years. He walked through life like a big ship confidently, powerfully, beautifully, full of friends! He made a lot for geology. His life was full of victories, strength, excitement, ambitious plans. He was a real statesman and the fate of Ukraine was his priority.
