The exhibition featured seminars, conferences, and presentations, which were attended by representatives of Ukrainian and foreign companies. The Ukrainian Association of Geologists presented a new educational project to improve the skills of Ukrainian oil and gas industry professionals for international cooperation and work in Western companies.
The purpose of the program is to support and train the next generation of professionals. Its implementation involves lecture tours of scientists in the line of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and the European Association of Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists (EAGE), as well as leading Ukrainian specialists for conducting separate lectures and entire courses. The training program includes specialized courses and foreign language training at a professional level, familiarization with international standards, which is necessary for working with foreign companie.
