We held an ENGIE LTP workshop for professionals, with a discussion of issues related to the place, role, and participation of women geologists in working life.
The workshop aims to develop a strategy and implement activities that will increase the level of interest of girls and women in our profession, as well as their opportunities to start working life with the appropriate knowledge and skills.
This particular workshop aims to provide a forum for discussion and joint learning between women professionals to reach a deeper understanding of how gender affects working life in geoengineering and geo-science.
The workshop target group is professionals working in geoscience or geo-engineering, either in Academia or in Industry/Commercial organization.
We used a confined space for the workshop - a meeting room.
