The Italian National Council of Geologists and the Fondazione Centro Studi CNG are organising the “Technical Course on 3D Aquifer Modelling”, connected to the European Federation of Geologists Spring Council Meeting in Naples, in May 2025.
However, the course is open to everyone interested! It will be held in English on 14-15 May 2025 at the Museum of Physics in Naples. The course is restricted to a maximum number of 20 participants, who must bring a personal computer to participate.
WHERE: The Museum of Physics is located within the Museum Center of Natural and Physical Sciences of the University of Naples Federico II (Via Mezzocannone No. 8, Naples, Italy). Course price: 300 €. In addition, if you register for the course, you can also join these two free interesting geological guided tours:
- Bourbon Tunnel, built by Ferdinand II in 1853 (14 May 2025, 20:00): The tunnel offers an emotional journey through the underground history of the city of Naples.
- Crater of Vesuvius and Excursion to the Pompeii Ruins (16 May 2025, departure from Hotel Ramada at 8:45, and return at 19:30 to the same hotel.
