A new stage in the history of Ukrainian seismic exploration began on this date. It is characterized by the rapid introduction of the latest technologies for collecting and analyzing seismic data, as well as their processing and interpreting with the help of certified systems.
For the first time ever in Ukraine, a multi-channel telemetry seismic data acquisition system and powerful vibrating seismic wave sources were used. They opened up new possibilities for constructing volumetric geological models necessary for efficient exploration and development of hydrocarbon deposits.
