Briefing Presentation of Reforms in Energy and Environment: Autumn is Near

On 10 July 2019, a joint project of the European Union and the International Renaissance Foundation “Increasing the influence of civil society in monitoring and political dialogue regarding reforms in the energy sector and related sectors in accordance with the implementation of the Association Agreement” presented an assessment of the status of implementation of reforms in Ukraine in the energy and environmental sectors according to the Association Agreement entered by and between Ukraine and the EU, as well as the following necessary steps.

In Memoriam of Leonid Stanislavovych Galetskyi

Leonid Stanislavovych Galetskyi is an outstanding metallogenist , doctor of geological and mineralogical sciences, professor, chief geologist of the Department of Mineralogy of the USSR, director of the state geological enterprise "Geoprognoz", head of the department of minerals geology at the Institute of Geological Sciences of NAS of Ukraine, academician of the Academy of Mining Sciences of Ukraine, academician of the Ukrainian Ecological Academy, corresponding member of the International Academy of Sciences of Eurasia, laureate of the State Prize of the Ukrainian SSR and the State Prize of the USSR. "He lived with Ukraine in his heart, and loved his motherland most of all." This words about Leonid Stanislavovych Galetskyi belong to his good and sincere friend Walter Stunder, the president of the Canadian company Aurora Pacific.
